Dominique’s Boutique opened in March 2008 and is locally owned and operated by Lisa Ihrke of Burnsville, Minnesota. Lisa also owns Exquisite Leather & Luggage, Inc., which has been in business over 30 years near the Mayo Clinic in the Marriot Hotel subway in Rochester, Minnesota. Lisa assumed ownership of Exquisite Leather & Luggage from her mother in 2003, and expanded the inventory. Believing there was an unfulfilled need for boutique and fashion merchandise in the southern Twin Cities metro area, Lisa and her husband opened Dominique’s Boutique in Lakeville. Dominique’s namesake comes from Lisa’s maiden name, Domino.
